The hospitality provided was excellent, and the staff at the reception were courteous and displayed very professional behavior.

No water in washroom need to more maintenance in the washroom. FO staff is not trained. Need more training take 30 and more to do any work. Less staff or may be any thing else very late service getting morning tea at 11 after giving order on 9:30 . Need to improve the service.

Laundry service to be improved. Breakfast timing should start from 7AM instead of 8AM. Overall it was an average stay.

The hotel’s strategic location next to Peeragarhi Metro Station made travel from New Delhi Railway Station seamless and stress-free. Despite being on the main road, the hotel offers a quiet, peaceful environment, with spacious and spotless rooms that were perfect for rest and focus. The food was absolutely delicious, just as the reviews promised. A heartfelt thanks to Miss Pooja whose kindness and hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality service. I’d gladly return!
