1. Hotel is not situated at the location situated on map. 2. Called hotel number which was going switched off.
3. Called OYO customer care given. This guy helped in connecting call with hotel reception. Person from hotel was so rude and said madam location puch puck k aa jao aap kisi se.
4. As I reached hotel after asking few people the lady at reception asked “Apne kitna amount pay Kia hai wo btao” then she said “is baar me apko room de rhi hu next time aap booking karna”
5. She gave me key for room no 306. When I reached at room it was shabby, dirty and discusting. Bed sheet were like never washed in life. Bed was torn. 6. I checked out of the room within 5 min of check in. I have raised complaint on customer care and there was lady Rima she helped me a lot. Thanks to Rima.
