Great stay at bloom Very neat and clean rooms and very professional staffs Great Hotel for working professionals who is visiting Gurgaon side Bloom's yellow theme is a great refreshing change to the usual themes followed by other hotels The biggest attraction is their centralised Customer database which avoids the hassle to ID card scan over and over Checkin process using our own phone, chat option to get towels and wifi passwords are great example of how to incorporate tech properly in Service industry
