Terrible Stay
3rd class food, worst breakfast and service. They serve cold food and their breakfast bufffet has very less options also there was no one to attend us during bufffet time also the service was WORST. Room was good and spacious but service needs to be improved seriously

Sorry to hear about your experience. Remember meeting you at reception at the time of Checkout but unfortunately could not capture this from the feedback discussion with you and Sir that afternoon. I will review the service arrangements particularly on the morning of 18th Sep, as I understand that is what you are referring to. Unfortunately on the menu options, there will not be any change on the Complementary breakfast Menu immediately as the feedback we are getting about food and Menu option from other guests doesn't suggest so. However I will capture this as one of the data points. All the best.

Average Stay
Stay was ok Bathroom too small, I kept getting hurt, Bed nice and clean. Hotel reception staff kept asking for money even after I had my breakfast and drinks complementary and included, food was OK and finally after discussing showing them the booking they were not happy as they wanted to make more money. They might make it from people who don't see the particulars. But not from the regular traveler

Dear Sir, I checked your booking and the charges. You had booked the Standard room, which is most economical option and size of the room is as advertised on the portal. No doubt it is relatively smaller than other room options we offer, but the fact remains that it is priced also accordingly. Regarding food charges, you were charged only for the cup of tea you consumed outside complimentary Breakfast timings. We do not have any package offering unlimited Tea/ coffee (from Kitchen), hence it may not be correct to state that hotel staff tried to charge you for the services you had already paid. We look forward to serve you again in Premium room next time.

Location was really approachable, the plus point in the facilities is the Covered Parking I got for my car. I was tension free after parking in the stilt parking provided. The staff was decent enough. Breakfast was served on time, maintaining the delicacy. Highly Recommended to the families and friends 👍

Wonderful Stay at Windchime 331
I recently stayed at windchime 331.The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff who were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The location is ideal, close to Medanta hospital so it suits the purpose of stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
