Review Of Hotel Ruth Gurgaon

Location provided in Google map was wrong and hard to find,location is okay calm and relaxed,water provided by hotel was old bottle refill, overall an average experience

Everything was good there , no problem in reaching the location , area was good , staffs were so potice , owner itself was too good to customers, each and every facilities were top noch ,had no problem by other guests , breakfast was also good, best ever experience, loved the place.

We recently booked two rooms at your establishment, one for ourselves and one for our in-laws. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Issues included: 1. Subpar room conditions and room service. 2. Non-functional TV. 3. Missing geyser button, making hot water inaccessible. 4. Water leakage from AC onto the bed in one room, with an unsatisfactory solution. 5. Arrogant night duty staff using inappropriate language. 6. Overpriced tea and coffee. 7. Lack of nearby food services, making family stays challenging. overall it was a horrible experience. But we really thank Mr. Buddheshwer Singh who was very polite and gave us prompt service.

Great stay, The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options. We appreciated the convenient location and easy access to local attractions. One suggestion for improvement would be to update the in-room amenities, but overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The offer mentioned facilities like lift, wi-fi, and much more. However, they had switched off the lift, and after 8 hours of journey, I had to climb by stairs till 4th floor. No wifi, no clean drinking water, and the water in the shower smelled of drainage water. I puked because of this and left the property. The bed sheets and comforter were extremely dirty, as if, they had not been changed after the previous guests left. And the biggest issue of all, you do not get a room key. If you have to leave the room, you have to leave it as is, and anyone can enter and do whatever they want, you don't get a key. Completely ruined my stay and I had to go somewhere else.

Nice place for short stay in sector 43, gurgaon

This was not a great trip. The room was spacious but the facilities were very poor. They denied an extra towel and there was no drinking water facility in the room. The towels were not clean and neither was the washroom. It was not Worth the money.
