I usually stay here one week a month on work. The quality has been degrading slowly month on month. This visit, I wasn't offered a room clean, replacement towels, water or soap even once in the entire 9 days. Plus I came down with fever so I didn't have the energy to fight this myself. It doesn't have other amenities either so I'm wondering if I should continue availing services here. Will give it one last shot and call it a day if things don't improve. Happy to have my business go elsewhere.

The property is at perfect location. This was my second time staying here. The staff is polite and helpful, the food in cafeteria is fresh and tastes really good. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service.

Location is good and accessible to nearby metro. Breakfast options were very limited which was a disappointment! Rooms were a bit smelly and dampness was present, a better maintenance would do gud .

Super helpful staff and a really nice place to stay

The places was a little over priced and the room were smaller compared to pictures

The stay was not good, there were a lot of bed bugs and the boanket was also dirty. Washroom was not clean. It was very pathetic experience

Property is clean. In room no 302 Geyser was not working but they provided different which was used one for bathroom. In house restaurant in basement.

The stay was great. It’s a spacious room with air conditioning, basic amenities and very close to metro, airport and the mall.

Pros: Location is great. Staffs are humble and helpful. Cost wise convenient. Property Manager Amod Kumar is always helpful.I am thankful to him. Cons: Property is not well maintained. Seepage is there. Curtains broken. Multiple spots on wall. Breakfast is pathetic, they are charging 300 rupees per day per person but the option is too less. Although the staffs in kitchen are very helpful. Another pathetic thing is they provide only 2 bottles of mineral water of 500 mL per family per day. This is so unprofessional from perch management. In one word, the management is unprofessional and unrealistic but staffs are good. Property needs renovation and should work on cleanliness

It looked like a better version of Paying guest, staff are good and courteous. Terrif is obviously very high , even for pre booked meals , you cannot take 2+dishes, no buffet, ala carte was there. No swimming pool, one can get a variety of foods if booked in any hotel, limited items in breakfast, food quality was also average

For the overall cleanliness, it needs more improvement. Also some apartment need renovation as the property is getting old. Food is also so so as not much variation is there. Location is 10/10 as it is a prime location.
