Decent
The staff was supportive, rooms were clean, washroom was clean too. Just wish them to add more breakfast options. Just serving tea/coffee and paranthas are not enough. Rest all good.

Worst experience
Reception people are very rude and deny basic services. Rooms are not clean. This is worst experience

Poor Stay
Rooms are not good as showing in picture and Breakfast and dinner was not good. Rooms rates are high. Bed mattresses are very bad, those springs touching on backside. Staff is very supportive.

Decent gentry - stay away
Probably the worst stay i have been to. They have listed two properties under the same name which is fabhotel and my one hotel. These are the same property under two names, so i would suggest to avoid both. Moreover, about my experience - we reached there around at 1:30 pm, quite past the checkin time. The room they offered was full of cigarette smell and when asked to change the room they had the audacity to tell that they don’t have any room available, so best they can offer is using some room freshener. When we denied that that, of course and decided to not stay there and started looking for other options, and we didn’t even demand a refund as we were short on time. We were there for ed sheer-an concert and just needed a decent place to stay. They offered us that they can provide another room which may take a while, upon which we agreed. They took more than 100 minutes to allocate a new room, which again had a foul smell coming out of the drain this time. As we had no time to argue, we just kept our stuff inside the room and left. It was such horrible experience that we checked out the same night at 11:30 pm and drove back our home. I seriously do not recommend this to anyone looking for a decent stay. Advisable only for shady gentry to do stuff they can’t do in their homes.

Good for a short duration of stay
The property is using its old name sometimes causing confusion. The open wifi is not that effective incase you are taking a video conference from the room avoid it. Overall the rooms are clean the staff is help. The food here is good.
