Nice Property Good and tasty breakfast Facilities are also very good, polite staff etc.

Flush were not working. Washroom were durty. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Main issue for which I am rating low is toilet seat Durty and smelly toilet. Lift is not in working state. Oil and moisture could be present in washrooms. Apart from that all hotel location is prime.

No TV, linens were dirty, no power approx for 2 hours at night. One of the pathetic night stayed ever in any hotel. Rude behaviour of the staff.

Extremely rude staff and very disrespectful to customers. There was no key provided for the room, upon questioning the manager told me to leave the property if I wasn’t satisfied and be didn’t really care. Would not recommend for anyone.

Lifts dont work no electric kettle even the electric sockets dont work. Even water bottles are not sealed. Just basic room

Decent rooms. But no hot water- the water comes in trickles. Did not have a name board outside. Thanks to google, we could figure out the place and go in. Overall, not a very positive experience for us and not sure how the ratings came up to be so good.

Average stay. Heater in the bathroom doesnt work which is a big let down. Otherwise its ok.

Location of hotel was not room facilities was not good as noises coming from ac when it's on condition and also there is no window view. However food was delicious. Room service served nicely

Lift doesn’t work, place ran out of water. Breakfast requires a heads up of at least 30 mins. Pretty average place.

They need to ensure the amenities provided in the room are working. This is my 2nd instance where the tv wasn't working. Breakfast cannot be restricted to a few items. If this is the case then the same needs to be mentioned on the booking page as restricted breakfast items.

I booked a double bed room. But got the 2 single jointed beds. Also the ac unit has its own mind. The food although was descent. Rest amenities was fined

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the mapel leaf and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Located conveniently with easy access, the property was clean and well-maintained, which immediately left a positive impression. The staff at hotel were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. They promptly addressed any inquiries or requests i had, making me feel well taken care of during my time there. Additionally, the room service was exceptional, providing timely and delicious meals whenever i desired. While the food at the hotel was average, the other facilities more than made up for it. The amenities provided were not so good in quality, there were no options for relaxation and recreation. One aspect that did not fully meet my expectations was the discrepancy between the rooms shown in the images and the actual accommodations. However, despite this difference, the rooms were still comfortable and well-appointed, providing a satisfactory level of comfort and functionality. Despite the minor issue with the room images, i would still recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With its attentive staff, excellent room service, and impressive amenities, it remains a solid choice for travelers.
