Dear sir Thanks for the feedback. However as per the Hotel policy we do not allow couple booking on local id. It is clearly mentioned at the time of reservation on make my trip. As your reservation was a couple booking on local id hence the check-in was denied. There was no intention to offend anyone and the staff is always humble, extremely professional. However there are certain Hotel policy which have to be followed religiously.

Food was tasty but not healthy. One day I got a glass piece in dinner. Two days after I got a stone in rice. Wifi do not work sometimes.
