Location and cleaning was really very good and co-operation from the staff members were also good so overall a great experience in staying at the hotel

Stayed at The Palms Inn for a office trip and it was perfect. Spotless room, great amenities, and a free upgrade on arrival. Front desk guy was super helpful. Super convenient location, friendly staff, and amazing value. Will definitely return!

Evening time management is not good i have called them atleat 5 to 8 times for extra mattress they just tell we are coming mam but it's like 2 hour after he came. And for food kitchen no. We called for tea but no body answerd.

I had a pleasant stay at Palms Inn Hotel, Gurgaon. The staff was kind enough to upgrade my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The food was also very good, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience — I would gladly stay here again.

Location is peaceful and parking is available. Reception person is very nice who remain on reception on day time. Cleaness is very good in hotel. Neat and clean room, bathroom.Night reception person is manners less.

Property bhi acchi hai, location bhi acchi hai, services bhi acchi hai. Rehene ke liye bahut hi badia hai jaroor visit karna chaiye

Terrible service. They have a menu basis which when we order they tell us that particular item is available however after an hour they inform us that the item which we ordered from the menu cannot be prepared. I don't think they have a in house kitchen. Also while ordering dinner they made us wait for almost 2 hours, upon following up they always mentioned the order will be prepared in next 10 mins, like 2-3 times. Absolutely terrible. If you can't fulfil your guest order better not take it in advance.

They cannot supply you with drinking water once it runs out. Rooms are small (even their so called super deluxe rooms). Infrastructure is Very good though!!
