Review Of Redbrick Villa

Terrible stay.Food is below average.Rooms are small and we found some cockroaches also.Facilities are very poor.We experienced water problem.

Rooms are very small for the price we paid, not clean, issues with hot water in winter, not at all affordable. Would never suggest to anyone at gurgaon.

Hotel was unclean, no hot water, poor maintenance. Bed was full of dust, ac was not working. Balcony was full of dust

The hotel owner is very supportive and the staff is also nice even morning breakfast with is included with hotel booking amount was also very nice ( water melon, poha, paratha, toast) is included in breakfast

No early check-in after several polite requests, reception manager asked for money, rude and bad behavior of reception manager last but not the least, 6 times power cut and all the time i was told that they have fixed it but again the power goes off, finally instead of complaining to them i called mm t helpline and then only the power issue was fixed instantly, the manager came and angrily said why you complained to mm t when we were already fixing it. I suffered in 45 degrees without ac and even fan for half an hour. I believe this was done knowingly by the manager himself to irritate me because i didn't give him money.

It was a nice hotel. Staffs wet e very good and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. I would like to stay again

Good home cooked food and very friendly and helpful staff owner is very helpful and happy to answer any queries about the city

All the services and the food are awesome. I will definitely recommend it for staying if you are visiting gurugram. It also has good communication if you want to go anywhere.

Unhygienic, dirty, 0 star don’t even stay for free they are inefficient to provide even a toothbrush n toothpaste

I did not stay at all at redbricks. I raised it on 26th evening itself that. I am waiting for my refund.

All the services are very normal or average u can say that if you want to stay you can. One thing i did not like was drinking water system
