Hotel Smart Inn-I

Room was unclean, cockroaches in bathroom, geyser not working, all furniture was infected, bed was pathetic, not cleaned for ages, in the name of water bottle provided unsealed bottle n later told it is ro. Breakfast was not available, towel unclean.

Very poor and pathetic no proper arrangement and manager of hotel not listening anything rooms and toilets are broken and damaged a/ c not worked in this hot summer and bad smells in the room.

Shady property, not well maintained, service team is 2 out of 10. Not recommended for family or females travel-ling in a group of single.

Hotel was good for stay but not a luxurios hotel. Value for the bill amount charged is worth enough.

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant. But the room was not very clean and also some lights were not working. Also, the fan only had one speed which was very fast. The hotel staff were good and the service was nice.

Room is specious and clean. Good property. Nice stay. Not ready to recharge tv. Breakfast is good. Service was also quick.

The stay was all an all good the room was clean with all the amenities and my stay was good overall.

The staff is good, but the furniture, beds are in a very bad condition. Even we are facing the issues of mosquitos despite of using the all-out through out the night.

the bed was not comfortable and there were many more issues like they give water bottles but they did not provide glass. the location was not exact so i faced difficulties to find the hotel

Room allotted was bit shady. Also, could tell someone smoked there before we checked in. Poor ventilation. Although poha was good.

Unclean hotel, does not have running water supply, will charge you for even your first bottle per day, rude staff, pathetic internet. You cannot change hotel as well because it is prepaid will not provide any option to grievance redressal.

They don't provide the things mentioned on mm t ad. When you ask for the same, they'll simply say we don't provide these things. The hotel's condition is extremely poor. Electricity switches are broken. Lift is not working. They don't come up for room cleaning.
