Amazing place to stay very close to all the important places in Gurgaon. The hotel itself is very neat and clean. The staff is very polite. Kitchen provides food at any point of time feel very safe as a solo woman traveller.

Amazing experience. I have been a regular here and in the past 3 years, the quality of service has improved significantly. All the staff are really polite and work in a very professional manner. Food quality is great rooms are amazing, completely neat and clean, especially the bathroom and it’s a very safe place for solo women travelling.

The room doesn’t has a balcony as shown in photos. Quite spacious room but with a limited choice of sizes

Just a suggestion, whenever the staff is told to send something on their number, kindly direct them to send it on the assigned phone number, and not aadharcard linked one!

It was an amazing experience overall staff is good and ambience is very nice room service is on time and I loved the food service that is also on time and breakfast is yum. Overall experience was excellent I will come again in future.

what works for it is proximity to MG road. Breakfast spread is decent. Staff is courteous . I wanted to extend for another day but was told rooms are full but I could see that online on makemytrip room was available at the same property . I chose another hotel offline for the next day .maybe the reception guys were not updated on the available inventory or maybe some cancellation/s were not updated.

Paid for a room for a night only to get bed bugs and no sleep. It was terrible. I expected better from them having stayed with them before.

I stayed at the hotel from April 20th to May 3rd and had an amazing experience. It’s honestly one of the best places for anyone who’s traveling, it felt like a home away from home. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping my room spotless every day. Also, I really appreciated the two guys at the reception who were always kind and welcoming. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names, but I saw them every morning so I believe they were working night shifts during my stay. They had such a pleasant and calm presence. Thank you for the warm hospitality!🫶

Peaceful Stay with extreme comfort. Highly recommended to those who look for a comfortable stay on quick business travel. Hotel breakfast is also good with extremely professional service.

The location is quite good from Airport and Metro station The air quality is really good. Even the hotel has a late night menu (11 PM to 5 AM)

Room was clean...Hotel Ambience very good. Reception staff helpful......However Bf Room. have many inexperienced staff....No smiles 😃 and No greetings...Food taste and standard leaves room for improvement.

This approach feels unfair and leaves little room for a comfortable experience. Honestly, I cannot recommend this property, as guests deserve a pleasant and relaxing stay for the price they pay - not one where they are forced to compromise and adjust.

Very good location. Comfortable stay and quite clean. Good for small staycations too.
