What truly made my trip was the excellent and humble staff. The manager and the entire team were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay, ensuring a smooth process from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

I stayed at the signature-tower property for 4 days to see the experience of staying at Housr. And honestly, it's been an average experience. While the room's alright, and the bedding is comfortable, there are some basic misses in the property. While on MMT, they say 2 items of laundry per day are covered, but they don't have service available at the hotel. The property doesn't have a front-desk manager. The food is average plus there's no provision for a basic coffee for breakfast. The dining area was smelling throughout. So basic hygiene is questionable. The rooms don't have basic toiletries - handwash/soap/hand towel etc. bath towels were smelling. Wifi didn't work on my floor either. Basic things that need fixing and could be a better place. The branding and sales teams and the hotel management & operations teams are not at all in sync.

It was an excellent experience staying in housr signature tower … Excellent staff, very humble manager and delicious food.. I just love the stay

I really liked this hotel! The location is convenient as it’s close to the airport, and getting cabs is easy from here. The rooms are budget-friendly and perfect for groups of friends. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy small get-togethers in the room without any disturbance. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay!

Dear Makemytrip, Stayed at Hosur. Sector 29 ,Gurgaon. It's not hotel, it's employees Homestay... 1..No Tea kettle or tea kit was there, as Assured.. 2..No Bathroom Sleeper .. 3..Food quality,, Very poor. 4.. At 10.30 morning, No Breakfast was there. 5.. Dinner Food quality,, VERY POOR... 6.. LOCATON.. VERY POOŘ.. 7.. PROPERTY...... ROOMS.... OK..

Comfortable and cozy experience. Spacious and clean rooms. Sufficient parking.

The room quality was good but apart from that everything else was poor. Service was poor. Food was pathetic. It took them close to 45 min for arranging proper checkin.

Water is not tasting well. TDS levels are quite low.

unfortunately, the experience did not start well. Upon arrival, I had to wait nearly an hour for check-in, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. Initially, the staff even denied my check-in on some grounds, and it was only after a conversation with the manager that they allowed it. Even then, it took another 30 minutes before I finally got my room. The lack of professionalism from the front desk staff was disappointing, and this delay significantly impacted my overall experience. However, once checked in, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself had decent amenities. While the stay itself was fine, the poor check-in process left a negative impression. I hope the management improves their service to ensure a smoother and more welcoming experience for future guests.
