The front-office manager refused to give me a bill for my stay. He kept insisting that I should get the bill from MakeMyTrip. After arguing for over 30 minutes, he finally relented and gave me a copy of the bill for my stay.

Property had many flaws, like the charging point was loose, they did not provide me with a dental kit, everytime i had to call the staff to open my room door, while booking i was mentioned all the long stay bookings and and when i asked for applying any of the benefits every-time they said its subject to availability. The staff was not very cooperative.

Not a great experience

This is second time I stayed in his hotel, however this time the furniture and fittings in the allocated room were very old, not properly cleaned aswell. The toilet flush was also not working. Had to call thrice to get it fixed. In this price range, I would recommend choosing other properties near buy.

Quality concern, from check in and during stay tenure in suite room, at arrival lot of hairs on bed, red stain on duvet cover, both tv not working after complaining team change bed linen, started only 1 tv, found cockroach in breakfast omelette and after complain restaurant staff didn't apologise even once, after escalation to GM response doesn't seem good

The rooms are not as what shown on the make my trip sites . The upkeep of room is ok .,can be much better a deeds to improve . Staff was friendly and food was good . However the hotel inspsite if not many reservations was not courteous in late checkout .

Horrible Horrible Experience. . We booked for a family stay and the experience was utmost terrible. The room provided was so small with all the amenities broken, dirty rooms, no proper space, smell and what not. The most horrible person is the manager at the reception . She made our stay miserable, asking for extra money, unprofessional language and self egoistic person. Even the other staffs are also Horrible. Never ever choose this property in this life.
