Quality concern, from check in and during stay tenure in suite room, at arrival lot of hairs on bed, red stain on duvet cover, both tv not working after complaining team change bed linen, started only 1 tv, found cockroach in breakfast omelette and after complain restaurant staff didn't apologise even once, after escalation to GM response doesn't seem good
