Overall a good experience
It was a 2 night trip and the room was good. It had some issues but was rectified after intimating the staff. The buffet food was great. If you order food in room, they won't provide the same but something alternate. Taste is anyways 4/5. Overall, I advice it as a good choice for stay.

worst staff, for early check-in they asked money and that too it has to be paid to the employees personal account, room dining again to be paid to personal account and anything u ask they will not respond.

Major security issues
The check in experience and the reception staff did a good job but the cleaning staff was extremely unprofessional. They entered our room without permission using the master key. And upon asking, said that they had permission to enter any room for cleaning. No permission allowed. It was a breach of my personal space and security. I would want to report this incident.

location and food was good. but had faced problem with power. I had to always call the reception and they send some one to repair, which was only temporary. when asked to change room they didn't change. everything else was fine
