The ambience was nice, and the restaurant was hygienic with tasty food. Overall, it was an okay experience, though a bit expensive for the services provided.

It was really nice! Breakfast was really nice - ambience was also really good.

The facade was awesome and the entrance was very warm welcoming, the room was neat and clean with a perfect staycation vibe with the huge balcony, coming to the kitchen the food order was too 🤤 totally a perfect place for friends family and couple as well.

It was amazing stay & The ambience was soo warm and the staff was polite as well, Over all good experience 👍 Must recommend

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Location and Food I recently stayed at this hotel for two days and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While the location was convenient and the food quality was commendable, the room and service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were not offered the welcome drinks that had been promised. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and despite informing the staff to clean it while I was out, no action was taken. When I called room service later to request cleaning, it took them over an hour to respond. Even then, the cleaning was incomplete—garbage, including used tissue paper, was left in the bathroom. I had to call reception again to address the issue. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities that were advertised. There was no chair or table in the balcony, which was quite disappointing. Overall, apart from the food and the location, my stay was unsatisfactory. The service and cleanliness need significant improvement for a better guest experience.

Hotel is very good at ground floor reception, but the room is not that good and very tiny at this price range. Food is very costly but not worth.

Property food was excellent But my problem was from the receptionist he was soo rude he was not even smiling and when i asked him to extend my stay he replied okay i am doing it next day they call me that there is a checkout i said i have already done my extension they dinied soo unprofessional then i forced them to let me stay there for one more day

There no staff and balcony door was not workin ac was not working.

Dont choose dinner in MAP , they dont serve bufet, and give it as Thali only where as they have very good options in resturant

Breakfast is bad

The hotel is made well - but the maintenance is down to shambles. The bathrooms are stinky dirty and so unhygienic. The staff is untrained and the female manager was fighting with the male manager right in front of us regarding some check-in issues. Breakfast spread was terrible as well. I don’t like writing harsh reviews but this one was just needed.

Good stay and service. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms and good service. Food in in-house restaurant is expensive dinner included package for rs 877 was a waste and not worth 200 rs.

the stay was good but the food specially the dinner made it even better. keep getting better😊
