The property was so pathetic checking was so time taking and they was not having the keys of the room and even food service was not up to the mark and the environment of the properties so annoying

Hotel's location, food and service is good. but this we encountered a problem. their key system was not working. every time we leave the room and come back , we have to approach the reception to lock and open the room .

Poor Stay

Facilities were poor , no locking door, no hot water, no amenities like bottled drinking water provided. Sheets were not clean. Staff was lacking the basics of courtesy. Food was decent but if you opt for dinner/lunch with your room then there are restrictions like what and how much you can order which is not disclosed during booking. Hotel is situated in a weird service road which is not maintained well , even without rains there is water logging and cab drivers find it very difficult to find the place.
