Location is good but the amenities showing in the app that doesn't in room or may be they give me a basic room and charges for premium. Not recommended

Needed Relax Stay
Location was nice, parking space was there, room is spacious but due to less housekeeoing staff, toilet seat was not clean, tv was not working, staff connected tv from my phone, ac cooling was less later worked properly

Not worthy
Hotel is priced at pretty low price. However services are too bad. We were not able to get any food also on one day. No refrigerator or even almirah in rooms. Basic amenities were even not there at the time of check in., we had to ask for everything. Menu is high priced and limited variety.

Great Stay with a Couple of Minor Issues
I went to Gurgaon for some office work and stayed at this hotel for a night. Everything was great, but there were two things I found lacking. Firstly, there was no option to open the window for ventilation. Secondly, the shower had hot and cold water controls on both sides, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Average stay with hostel kind of feeling and atmosphere. Hot water stops at 12 in the afternoon. If your TV is not working no men available post 9pm. You have to continuously ask for basic toiletries like dental kit, shower cap etc. not given me good feeling about the hotel
