Worst experience,had booked this hotel for 3 days after reviews on MMT but it’s nothing at all like they’ve shown on the app..not a single fan in any rooms,AC is not working it’s 40 degrees heat in Gurgaon..I’m forced to vacate without any refunds or services the same night !

The hotel location is really good and the staff is very professional, but during my stay the ac was not working properly and after a complaint the staff came to the room and saw it was not working but did nothing about it and left the room saying we will fix it but nothing after that so that was bad, the bathroom was clean and well maintained. One extra thing the room size was smaller than I expected

It was a pleasant stay. If you looking for a good and neat room i would suggest this place. And mr. Aman Chawla was really nice and we were new to the city he helped us guiding all the route and guides us through metro. If you looking a stay i would definitely suggest this place.
