Quality is getting down every day, their reception staff changes every month. This used to be my go-to place to stay in Gurgaon. When the property was newly built, it was well-maintained, reasonably priced, and had an excellent staff — all of which made me a regular guest. However, over time, things have gone downhill. The room rates have nearly doubled, and the staff’s attitude has become noticeably rude and inflexible — front desk staff keep changing every month which reflects management issues. The current front desk person is very rude and doesn’t even know ABC of hospitality. Overall maintenance has deteriorated significantly. In my visit during last week, fan was not working in the room, so we got the room changed and then kettle wasn’t working in new room which was replaced after multiple requests, we visited again this week and were allotted same room and surprisingly the fan haven’t been fixed yet, not sure if they need a month to fix a fan. We again got the room changed and then the new room doesn’t even have a hanger in washroom. there is fungus on the walls, and ants in rooms is a persistent issue which we have been regularly complaining about from months but no action was taken regarding the ants. I visit Gurgaon for at least 8-10 days every month for office purposes and would genuinely love to stay here again — but only if the management restores the same service standards and reasonable pricing that once made this place great. For my visit from next month onwards, I will look for other options nearby until the issues are resolved.

Earlier, this used to be my fixed place to stay in Gurgaon. When it was newly built, the property was well-maintained, rates were reasonable, and the staff was excellent which made me come back frequently. But over time, the prices have almost doubled, and the attitude of the staff has also become rude and inflexible, maybe because the hotel became successful. During my recent stay, I noticed 40–50% of the rooms are lying empty, probably due to the same issues, and maintenance has gone down badly. In my last visit, there were ants in the bathroom and room, fungus on the walls, and the kettle wasn’t working. Even after complaining 3–4 times, only the kettle was replaced but no action was taken for the ants. I visit Gurgaon for at least 5 days every month for office purposes and would genuinely love to stay here again if they bring back the same management standards and reasonable pricing they started with.
