first day of stay ,, lots of noise on first floor , during stay at night around 1 next day morning room not cleaned Fter giving instructions so there was bad smell of wet towel in room

everything excellent service food, cleaness calm staff, politely staff. good for economics ,well location, receptionist , check in check out over all experience good

Reception staffs were lesser responsive. TV was not working.

Room service was delayed.... washroom seat was broken.... housekeeping staff took lot of time to come and clean the rooms ...Had to call multiple times...Many a times no one answers at reception and for room service...Not a good experience this time especially when it was my wife's birthday and I stayed with my kids...hence an unpleasant experience this time....

good stay clean room washroom was very small but also very clean service is good breakfast was also good according to price a small play area is also attached to the dinning hall with transparent glass so good for parents of toddlers and children overall good and comfortable stay

Basic amenities missing: No dental kits were provided despite being booked for 3 people. Even after asking multiple times for laundry bags and a garbage bag, they couldn’t provide a single one. It took them over an hour to even respond to such basic requests. Room condition: The TV was not working when we checked in, and they started changing it after we had already entered the room. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered despite multiple sprays of air freshener. No Wi-Fi: Absolutely no internet access throughout the stay. Breakfast & dining: Breakfast buffet was terrible with no variety or options. The in-room tea/coffee was served cold. Service delays: Shampoo and other essentials were only provided after asking multiple times. Everything from check-in to basic service felt painfully slow. Overall, this was a stress-inducing and poorly managed stay. The lack of basic hospitality, combined with delayed and apathetic service, makes this place completely unworthy of the price charged. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.
