This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a room for 3 persons at Leaf9Grand, and to my shock, the hotel had no proper arrangement for the third guest.
When I asked for extra bedding, the staff told me that the third person would have to sleep on the sofa. After I argued, they reluctantly offered a staff bed, which is completely unacceptable and for a paying customer.
To make things worse, when I raised this issue late at night, the staff was rude, argumentative, and not even polite. Instead of admitting their mistake, he kept arguing with me, which only added This behavior is absolutely unprofessional and shows zero respect for guests.
If a room is being sold for 3 guests, then it is the hotel’s duty to provide proper and comfortable arrangements. This kind of false promise, poor service, and rude staff attitude is nothing short
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
