Basically the location isn’t great.,, secondly they were giving me a tough time saying that guests have a time limit to visit … if I’m getting freed up at 8pm how can my visitors come before that to meet me

Relaxing here and nice room environment. But I’m faced the smell issue when I came inside the room.

It’s a third class location and the commitment value of staff is zero , due to the miss communication I have loose my money due to dual booking and after that no one was ready to accept . Non coprative behaviour from reservation manager , never suggest to anyone , if the staff is not having value of commitment

Citadines Paras square is a perfect place for business travels. The rooms are apt offering comfortable stays. The property has a good spread of breakfast.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Specially Rahul (GM)and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

You cannot smoke in open balcony... they charge us 5000 rs for smoking in open balcony

Worst service worst staff behaviour and not worth it at all.... location is in the jungle type the bad location choice... swiming pool was not maintained...food was too cold and not tasty at all...I was regretting after this...
