Hygiene wasn’t maintained. Staff wasn’t cooperative. Overpriced . Can really book a good place rather than booking

Disappointing service
I booked a higher-category room, but on arrival the rooms “weren’t ready.” I waited 10 minutes, had an urgent meeting, and was pushed into a basic room instead. The front desk made zero effort to fix it—no update, no upgrade, no follow-through after check-in. I checked out the same evening because the experience derailed my day. Good property, poor management and guest handling.

Bakwas is an understatement. Stay here only if you have no choice left
First of all this is not a 4* property. Rooms stink of alcohol and smoke. I had booked this room for 2 nights. Checked in, had breakfast and checked out. Breakfast is another big letdown. The front desk guy was very pissed off that I checked out and kind of insisted me to pay off for 2 nights. Very unruly guy. Not sure how is working in a hospitality sector. Not sure how this property got 4.1 rating .

Room was not properly cleaned while check in. Small in size compare to mentioned in the booking info. And last breakfast was not good

It has everything that one might need. Just the location is a little goofy to arrive at especially in the night. There is a lack of street lights.

Terrible Stay
I had a terrible stay at Roseman Hotel. Washroom was stinking, flush jet not working, no soap/shampoo/body wash provided. Room was dirty with broken curtains. Breakfast wasn’t ready till 8 AM due to no gas. Overall very poor hygiene and facilities.

We had complimentary breakfast which was average but the room and bathroom were spacious. Room has a good aesthetic and is comfortable.

Poor Stay
The room had seepage in one of its walls, plaster was falling off continuously. Balcony was extremely dirty and despite telling noone cleaned it. Bedsheets were dirty too. We booked breakfast as well but they stopped providing it after 10 am without informing.

Terrible Stay
My check-in expreience at this so called premium hotel was extremly horrible and traumatized. I checkid-in However, I request to change my room and manager denied saying that no better view is available and he had no option. After calling makemytrip, customer care assured me that they will try to process the refund. After that i moved out and checked-in to lemontree sec-29 within hours.

Average Stay
Room and the entire corridor was dirty and even the entrance stinks alot. The hotel looks really luxurious in pics but very minimal in real but the staff is helpfull and good.
