Overall the stay was good -- food was surprisingly fantastic -- just service aspects needs to improve - might be they are short of staff but that aspects can be improved

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and easily accessible, which made travel smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the facilities provided were comfortable and up to the mark. The staff was cooperative and attentive throughout the stay. The food overall was good in taste and quality, though the dinner could have been better and was not quite as expected. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay—worth recommending.

Please don’t ever book this property, staff is terrible, they misbehaved with my family and mistake was of their employee even fought with my family and trying to take double amount to keep in her pockets.

The staff exhibited unprofessional conduct and poor hospitality. Despite multiple reports to the reception desk, the television and wi-fi remained inoperable.

Property location is good but if you just want room then it is ok, food quality is worst, room and food both are overcharged compared to ground support and service.

It was a nice stay. Property is well maintained and all the basic facilities are there. Food is awesome. We really liked it.

The rooms were neat, clean, and equipped with basic amenities. The location was easily accessible. However, the food from the in-house restaurant and the complimentary breakfast did not meet even the average quality standards. When I tasted the food, I felt something was off. I found a fly in the sprouts and informed the staff about it, and the sautéed vegetables had a bad taste and a rotten smell. Additionally, the cut fruits were also not fresh.

It was a good comfortable stay, rooms were clean and tidy, food was good too. Thanks to hem a for smooth check-in and check out. Thanks & regards
