Excellent Service
Room No. 514 My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable experience. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive. The service was prompt and courteous, and every interaction with the staff left a positive impression. The facilities offered are excellent and definitely worth the value. The only area where I feel there could be improvement is in the food variety. While the quality and taste were good, adding more options or periodically changing the menu would make the dining experience even better. I would especially like to give a big 5-star appreciation to the dining staff – Sajjad, Vinay, Puran, Deepak and Mohit. They made guests feel special by giving personal attention and ensuring everyone left the dining area happy. What really impressed me was the response from the chefs (Mr. Lakhan + 2 more chefs). When I shared feedback about the buffet being average (Because of no new variety), the chefs personally came to me, asked for detailed input, and took it positively. They even offered to prepare dishes beyond the menu since my stay was for more than 10 days. This level of customer focus truly reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Lemon Tree Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

House keeping walked into my shower, by entering the room.
A house keeping staff entered the room by unlocking it using his key, while i was showering and entered the bathroom. This was shocking and i just exited the hotel. I wont recommend.

The room could have been a little big , the tv was not smart tv . The washroom was very small. There was not even a balcony . We called at restaurant in night to order something and he cut the call in between stating that he will call back.
