Excellent Stay
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The twin rooms that we booked were very comfortable and in-room services were quick. The breakfast was also good and one of the best I have had so far in any 4-5 star hotel.

for dinner and room size issue
I was quite disappointed with the dinner arrangement. There was no buffet system as expected, and the quality of the food served was very poor. This did not meet the standards promised and definitely impacted the overall experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better service in the future.

Hairs all around the bed and stains on bedsheet pillow and on toilet seats i have to check out within an hour because room was so unhygienic that it was impossible for to stay for even an hour
