Very poor experience. I had booked a premium room with balcony but on arrival I was told that none of the rooms available but they have kept a luxury room. To my surprise I was offered a room with 2 beds, balcony was not available, toiletries not available. Poorly maintained. I am utterly dissatisfied. I would not recommend others to stay there.

OPO has its own franchise , and saw already so many branhes in india . but the experience which i had in opo hotel ifco chownk in gurugram was not so good . location was good as it is in city only , Food was average as i had buffey and dinner alacarte as well . Services was not worst ever ( few of enployees are weird as they were not treating well and took alote of time to give proper service . and most imp which thing i faced that was there was no water in the tank ( strange to know ) faced water issue in washrooms. i expect Food cn be more good in taste and presentaation . but if it ll Go like this , there will b no change then this brand can go low with its fame and name .

Facilities were poor , no locking door, no hot water, no amenities like bottled drinking water provided. Sheets were not clean. Staff was lacking the basics of courtesy. Food was decent but if you opt for dinner/lunch with your room then there are restrictions like what and how much you can order which is not disclosed during booking. Hotel is situated in a weird service road which is not maintained well , even without rains there is water logging and cab drivers find it very difficult to find the place.
