I had expected a decent room, but the one I received was dirty and had a bad smell. I had to check out within half an hour as it was impossible to stay there. I requested a refund, but so far, no action has been taken

It was a decent day, but few amenities were missing and the AC was also not working properly. Also, the room shown in the photos was not given. Hence I would say it was a decent day. Not anything more than 3 out of 5 star.

I booked this place based on the positive reviews, but it seems most of them were misleading. The rooms were clean and okay, but the food was extremely poor in both taste and quality. To make matters worse, they don’t allow food from outside, and even their own menu was not fully available. Overall, the stay was disappointing and not worth the hype created by the reviews.

First of all they wont provide you any receipt of the food buffet. They said that the price is 250rs pp but later on they charged 300 pp. And they will charge you for the water too only 1water bottle was provided for 3 people that too they said its ro water but god knows what are they providing. Water was chargeable only 1 water bottle was provided that too i dont it was ro water or what?

The service was terrible in this place. We checked in around 11.30 pm, ac and tv both not working properly had to call several times at front desk to get it resolved, finally got resolved around 2am in the morning.
