soloThe property room was not clean even though they charged 300 for using heater, it's like in summer they will charge for using fans. During winter hotels should give proper things for customer use. The bathroom was dirty and the towel was very dirty.

familyservice was really bad and staff behaviour at the reception was terrible, while booking the hotel it mentioned that outside good is allowed। so we ordered some food through zomato, and we requested some cutlery from the reception of the hotel to which they arrogantly denied saying that outsidr good is not allowed so we will not provide you any cutlery, we told them that we have ordered through zomato in other hotels as well and we have never heard anything of this sort, but they rudely denied, food options at the hotel is very less and quality is average, so overall not worth spending so much to get poor service such as Fab hotel
