Decent stay. New property.

The hotel is new and pretty nice amenities are great. It looks wonderful and it was a pleasant day here the staff is cordial and well performing. It is just that you need to access stuff to do with the things customized for you and they will do it the food is good from The restaurant

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a room for 3 persons at Leaf9Grand, and to my shock, the hotel had no proper arrangement for the third guest. When I asked for extra bedding, the staff told me that the third person would have to sleep on the sofa. After I argued, they reluctantly offered a staff bed, which is completely unacceptable and for a paying customer. To make things worse, when I raised this issue late at night, the staff was rude, argumentative, and not even polite. Instead of admitting their mistake, he kept arguing with me, which only added This behavior is absolutely unprofessional and shows zero respect for guests. If a room is being sold for 3 guests, then it is the hotel’s duty to provide proper and comfortable arrangements. This kind of false promise, poor service, and rude staff attitude is nothing short I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was a perfect stay, newly constructed, well maintained with all required amenities. Game zone and food taste and quality was a cherry on the cake. I am going to recommend Leaf 9 Grand to all my collegues for travel to Gurgaon.

The luxurious stay at Leaf 9 Grand was enhanced by its elegant interiors and impeccable hospitality. A class apart from ordinary hotels.

All was good, except the waiting time of around 15 minutes. Chinese food was not available. Overall it was a good stay, room was awesome and very clean.

A new place, that's maintained well and is very comfortable to stay. The bathroom was very spacious and the bedroom was also laid out nicely. The kitchen and work area are being filled with furniture still, very spacious. The food is actually really nice too, hygienic and a good chef, worth the money spent. The staff is new and learning, that's the only aspect you'll find to be in the works still. Customer service is minimal because of it. Overall a 4 for sure, the best in the Gurgaon area, this area has a couple of good properties at this price and overall Gurgaon has zero other properties at this price and quality and privacy. Good for couples too, my partner felt safe coming here even though they did not stay long. Happy with the stay overall.

The location is excellent — close to both Udyog Vihar and Cyber Hub. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff — both at the reception and service — were extremely helpful and courteous. Mr. Chirag, the owner, is a wonderful host and ensures guests feel well taken care of. Honestly, this hotel should not be rated as a 3-star; the overall experience easily deserves at least a 4-star rating. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Gurgaon.
