Review Of South Patio

I felt very welcome in Patio and now, it has become a regular place for me to stay whenever I am in Gurgaon. Rooms clean, linen clean, bathrooms clean and Patio scores highly in all 3 criteria

It was a good calm relaxing stay. Service was good enough to meet our needs. Need some improvement in swimming pool hygiene

We were made to stay on the same floor as where the construction workers were working. The smell of paint was everywhere. The services were slow and it was not the worth the money or brand name. The rooms are also small and unkempt. Would not advise anyone to stay here at least not until their renovation is complete.

This is not at all a hotel so please unlist it asap. Its a club room and not a hotel moreover they don't have welcoming staff 😑. no

They hotel room were not clean. I requested for a double bed but they joined 2 single beds which was a disturbance. The reception keeps on calling which was quite disturbing. The receptionist was not at all welcoming.

While stay is comfortable but quality of the food and spread of breakfast could be better

The stay was too good only the toilets had old type fittings which were different from the present one which was difficult to use on the pot. Rest the food quality service and ambiance behaviours of the staff was all good. The stay was good, staff, food, ambiance value for money was good. A very safe and good stay. Neat and clean. Room service is good

I really liked the food and the hygiene. But the bed was little uncomfortable and yes it depends on what we prefer.

Room service was to the point and food was great, i never had to call or ask twice for what i needed had a really great expierence

I booked this hotel which is actually not a hotel, its a club around 11 pm as was travelling overseas and checked in around 12:30 am. First no one is there at the reception as they don't have any staff and secondly, at midnight someone knocked on the door and ran away. It's quite unsafe for a girl who is travelling alone. I would not recommend for anyone.
