Poor Stay
The room need renovation. The toilet seat was barely hanging from the wall and was about to come out Shaving mirror was about to fall down from the wall . Breakfast was good but dinner was worst

Value for Money
Location is convenient, Rooms are clean, and staff was helpful. I also did a very late night check-in and there were no problems.

Not worth it
No welcome drink on arrival. Room size is too small doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. No tableware present in the restaurant at the time of breakfast. I was assured discount on food bill but no discount was offered. They don’t provide all the mentioned facilities.

Amazing tay/ No complaints
The room is just like you see in the pictures. We didn't opt for the Jacuzzi, just the standard room. The location is good . We wanted a low key room away from the main city and this was the perfect spot. No hidden charges. Everything was upfront and the payment for the room covers everything. The restaurant service is great. The staff were very friendly. They are quick to respond with everything and were polite and accommodating throughout the stay. We were even allowed to check out later than the standard check-out time because of our flight delay. Pool area is on the 10th floor and the view is great. Food is expensive but delicious! Butter chicken slapped. Salads were meh. We will definitely return. Would recommend 10/10 for the price offered.

Excellent Stay
Overall experience was good. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Nitin immediate response is very good

Stay near Airia Mall
Great property and wonderful food at the in-house restaurant! The hotel rooms are also clean and housekeeping is very active.

Poor Stay
1-There Management is not good 2-Restaurant Service is good and decent food quality 3-Receptionist Lady was rude, i had ordered cold drinks from Blinktit as there was shortage of cold drink in the kitchen/Restaurant. And Room service staff informed to proceed for order, someone will deliver it to your room. After delivery i waited one hour. Delivery not received to my room. I went to reception to ask, they said delivery is at ground floor. I went to ground floor, there was no one and i waited half an hour. After that I again went to Reception and asked about delivery. They said it has been delivered, when i went to my room, no delivery was received, they had delivered it to wrong room number. Such a bad experience in terms of services
