Very Very Bad Stay and Poor Service
There were cockroaches in the room. I have kids with me. Even after my request, room wasn't changed. I requested MMT but hotel was not changed. Rather both Hotel and MMT asked me to stay in the same room by giving me a Voucher of 400 Rs. Both Hotel and MMT are Terrible at resolving issues especially when all of this happened at 1pm. We had no place to go that time and had to sleep with fear in mind. Room No. 402 has Cockroaches so be careful if someone is visiting.

good stay
Over all stay was good ! Rooms n corridors have seapages ! That wasnt expected ! You guys must fix it !! Food quality and variety has great scope of improvement! Staffs need to be more particular with caring about cars parked .

decently disappointed
The locks weren’t working. Toiletries were not available. Washroom drain was also clogged. Check-in was not available until 7pm since they were not able to find the keys to the room!

Excellent Stay
Location is very convenient and in good locality. Stay wise room is always clean and neat. You get the facility of accessing many OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon, HotStar etc. Food is also very good and jot expensive. Taste wise also it is good you won’t feel disappointed. Staff of the hotel is humble and ready to support. Service is fantastic. I do recommend if any one is travelling to Gurgaon should opt for this stat.

Good Stay
I had a pleasant stay in the Saltstayz DLF phase 3. Location is good with proximity to the airport. Clean and decent sized rooms with all ammenities. in a quiet area. The service and hospitality is good. There is a dining menu for room service.
