Despite reaching out within minutes, the hotel staff flatly refused to help, cancel, or refund.
This shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.
For a property operating under the Sarovar Portico brand, this kind of behavior is shocking and unacceptable.
I am a MakeMyTrip Premium Customer, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had in terms of customer support.
Instead of understanding the situation, the staff acted arrogantly, as if they don’t care once they’ve received the payment.
It’s not about the amount — it’s about how they treat their guests.
If a simple genuine mistake can’t be handled with courtesy, it raises serious questions about how they deal with real issues during a stay.
Highly disappointed. Would advise others to think twice before booking this property.
