The property was good with all the amenities you'd need for a stay. The staff was very polite and hospitable. This was my fourth time staying in the property and being a solo female traveller safety has always been my prime concern. This property is extremely safe for single female travellers as well as for families. The food was as always good. The location works for me cause transport is easily available at any time of the day. All in all, I would certainly stay there again.

Rooms are clean, staff is helpful along with the property being at a good location attracting genuine tourists makes them more reliable. The food is amazing too! But, Balcony attached with the room should be cleaned time to time, making them frequent hotspot for tourists to enjoy outside view. Overall a good experience!!

Disappointing experience despite promises made at booking

I had booked my stay through MMT, which included a 15% discount on Food & Beverages and complimentary welcome drinks. However, the experience at checkout was far from pleasant. When I politely asked for the F&B discount that was part of my booking, the receptionist responded with an uncalled-for sarcastic remark: “Itna toh de doge na.” I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I paid for my stay and only requested what was promised at the time of booking — nothing more, nothing less. Additionally, the complimentary welcome drinks that were clearly mentioned were never offered to us during the stay. I hope the property takes note of this and ensures that guests receive the services and offers promised to them without having to face such attitudes

The food is not up to the mark as per the premium charged for breakfast. Limited and tasteless options. It was much better earlier when i had stayed. I think after they started the restaurant the food quality has deteriorated.
