Hotel created magic for our anniversary celebration. Staff was understanding and accommodating. Clean rooms provided perfect romantic setting for us.

Ac was not working properly and water not coming properly in washroom and we asked for something was not available

Room were in worst condition, and even though I paid for breakfast, they never served me any breakfast.

We booked Classic room (with breakfast) for 2 nights. We were not provided breakfast as they said the Kitchen is closed as it was some third party tie-up. Rooms were not clean, Basic amenities were not provided. Balcony was there but too dirty, seem they never opened the door for balcony.

Room is very unclean and the staff members were also not listening i have told them to make it clean

They charged for the water bottle, the cleanliness was also poor, and they didn't even provide a towel despite asking multiple times. The room was also dity.

if prize, and care taker demand extra money and told me my property is premium. it's charge is 2000 rs. No water bottle, no towel, ac not working properly, dirty washroom. my experience note good. Reception staff told me next time I will not accept.

Room was dirty, no hand wash, no towels, no latches on doors. When we reached the room it was open and when we were in hurry for some urgent appointment we noticed the lock is not in condition, we were asked to ignore and leave the room open which was not possible then they asked to change the room. We had no option then to change the room. We packed our all unpacked luggage and changed the room. Room service was very poor, we asked for without sugar tea but twice they served tea with sugar, we are sugar patients and we are forced to tea with sugar. Very rude behavior of receptionists. We will never suggest anybody to book this property.

No complementary water bottle , no bathing kit no dental kit , wrost thing is location on map wrong

Worst Experience Ever! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The bedsheets provided were clearly already used, with visible signs like long strands of hair on the bed. It was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned at all. I requested a change of bedsheets, but the staff claimed they didn’t have any clean ones available. I even asked for an extra bedsheet, but they outright refused to provide one. The hotel itself is in very poor condition. The rooms were dirty, and the staff was unprofessional and rude. They kept calling us repeatedly starting from 10 AM, pressuring us to check out early. Also, instead of letting us pay through the regular platform, they insisted on receiving direct payment, which felt very sketchy. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Very bad service and unhygienic conditions.

Horrible stay, room condition was bad. Rooms lock were not working, bathroom was not clean, bedsheets were not clean.

The rooms are good but not well maintained...there is no toiletries .... no dental kit.... no hand wash... no shampoo nor body wash... no room slippers... rest things are good

very pathetic very dirty building dirty rooms. staff was very unprofessional talk like uneducated people. they even don't know how to talk with a girl. even the supervisor did not come and talk with coustomers. don't go with family or girl. this property only for alcohol drinkers people.

Much better place to stay. Pretty neat and clean. Staff were very friendly as well. I will highly recommend to stay in this hotel!
