breakfast issue
There is a communication gap and late response by reception as I booked for breakfast but they were not aware and told me you are not allowed for that then I have shown them make my trip invoice then also they were not sure which was not good when you want to do proper breakfast although staff were responsive

Property is good, food is trash. Most of the staff is intern and have no idea how to talk. But apparently - Robin guy at the front desk was very helpful he helped me to get Letter of stay, Abhishake from housekeeping and Robin both made our stay very easy!

They charge for water rs 132 for 1lt water bottle and after arguing for hour they said ok. My 3 day stay hotel bill and water will bill what’s the point to pick this place. Internet is horrible u can’t watch anything.

Property's location, food, amenities were excellent. The service provided by the receptionist Robin, waiter Aman & Yuvraj and manager Arpit Awasthi made my experience into a positive and memorable one... The only issue was the communication gap between the staff of the property. I wanted to extend my stay by just 4 hours... I explained the same to 3 employees and told them not to disturb me. Still I was called for the same 2-3 times.... Other than this, the experience was good and I request for a reward/ recognition for the efforts of the mentioned staff members... Thank you Everyone 😊

Extremely bad stay as Mr Akhil manager is Extremely rude n misbehaved with us and us ready to fight 24.7 and used a foul language with my senior citizen heart patient mother on a wheel chair.. horrible stay.. Not a family hotel
