Hotel stay was excellent and the staff was courteous. Rooms are very spacious and the house keeping kept the room clean and were prompt in their service.

I had a pleasant stay with Hotel Clay Inn. The rooms were nice, food was good and staff very polite, even extended my checkout by an hour on requesting without any extra charges. I would have liked the parking to be in premises, however it was outside but still okay.

Terrible experience with this hotel . It’s my second time here but this time it’s horrible. Checkin time is 1 clock but they gave me room at 3:30 . Even i call for some amenities but after wait 30-40 min not any response. And specially front desk duty manger who were in morning shift I didn’t Remember name but he have small hairs . He even don’t know how to handle guest even he don’t know how to talk with guest front desk people didn’t do any eye contact just ignore the things . They are also using used linen in rooms . Hairs in every corner of room . Terrible experience this time .

Whether we call for any assistance we had to wait for 30 minutes at least. I often visit this hotel but this time I experienced this.
