cleanliness is a major issue. AC and Fridge in the living room were not working. No exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. unclean bathroom. linens were dirty and teared. Complained several time but unfortunately didn't get any solution. checked out oneday earlier. nothing in the room we're matching the photos on website

very bed experience, as huge noise in the room, every where cockroaches are moving, no hygiene maintained, bed mattress are very uncomfortable being broken. Staff is non cooperative, as I have asked many time to change room but avoided, basic things are not provided
