This was my second time staying at Hotel Elite Oak and once again, it was a great experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the room was clean, neat and well maintained with all necessary facilities. AC, Wi-Fi, hot water and a kettle for convenience.. The place is peaceful with minimal noise and hygiene is well maintained both inside and outside the premises..The staff were polite, helpful and professional, making the stay even more pleasant... The food was fresh and tasty, adding to the overall great experience.. It was a comfortable and relaxing trip.. looking forward to staying here again next time..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. The experience was disappointing. The AC in my room was nonfunctional, and when offered an alternate room, its bathroom was not functional. Basic amenities should be prioritized, and this was a letdown.
