One Stayz near Sohna Road Gurugram

Hotel was newly renovated or atleast felt the same, Parking was good ,staff was well mannered , rooms were clean with all the amenities that one could ask for , washrooms were hygienic overall great experience considering value for money

everything was fine but wifi was not working so was the TV. food was good. ambience is also good. staff was polite.

positives : large size of room. modern and fairly new built, tea facility in the room. breakfast is ok for a semi urban budget hotel. Negatives: terrible service. staff don't care and try to act ignorant and give excuses for everything. no wiki. TVs don't work. there was no hot water in the morning. it was switched on after much deliberation. hotel try to cost cut and manage with minimum expenditure. cleanliness is mediocre. balcony of rooms have constantly running lights which can not be switched off at night! would not recommend.

The property was amazing with an amazing view. Hygiene was the best part. I loved how pretty the interior was and how well it was maintained. House keeping was good too. Easy checkins and checkouts were to die for. 10/10 would recommend and will visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist, which made the experience very comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and I had a restful sleep every night. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. The location is excellent, close to main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Well maintained property with cordial staff

It’s Poor and terrible experience, I don’t recommend that MMT should not keep this hotel on panel, They don’t have staff, not gives drinking water, rooms are filled with cigarette smokes, no water in toilet, not bath, morning tea not able delivered

The room sizes are good with balcony as well but services are an issue..phone in d room did not work, dirty towel was lying in d room..regulator of the fan was missing..

Room was spacious and clean but washroom had very bad smell. Bedsheet was also dirty but after we informed they changed it.
