It was really very comforting stay during my recent visit to Gurgaon. I stayed at V Club on Sohan Road. Initially it was for 2 days and later I had extend it to one more day meet my business needs. Cleanliness and hygiene, good food and its proximity to the business centres made it an ideal place for me to stay. I enjoyed the stay and will look forward to stay in there for my future travel to Gurgaon.

However, the service was noticeably slow. Whether it was room service or at the restaurant, the wait times were longer than expected. It seemed like the staff was either short-handed or not adequately trained in efficiency, which affected the overall experience. Overall, while the food and cleanliness were exceptional, the slow service was a letdown. If they can improve on the speed and attentiveness of their service, V Club Retreat Hotel would be a fantastic place to stay in Gurgaon.
