The property was at a nice location as it was connected to Highways & Roads (10/10). At the same time the property gives an instant feel of calmness, peacefulness with a nature array (10/10). The rooms & it's facilities were nice (9/10), the club was decent (8/10), golf course was good (8/10), the lake requires cleanliness (4/10), the hospitality required some attention as we had to call them twice or thrice for getting our luggage from our car to the rooms (5/10). The food was good in quality, satisfactory in taste but overly priced (6/10). Overall, Karma Chalets being part of Karma Lakeland Resorts is good for a weekend getaway.

it's very good everyone living in and around delhi must visit it's a must experience for delhi NCR they have a huge area of 270 acres have a lot of options for everyone KULDEEP & JOLLY ARE TRULY INCREDIBLE THEY MADE OUR STAY EXTRA SPECIAL needs to improve the restaurant under the neem need more like jolly there she's totally different from the rest there

Excellent property with large lush green lawns. The food is excellent and a wide cuisine is available. Room service needs improvement. Overall satisfying experience.

WHY IS THIS PROPERTY MMT LUX? I usually stay as pet the luxury properties of mmt. Yet this one was a big disappointment. The reality is that it’s a builder’s property where he is creating an area for residents with golf clib and little bit of sports. For people booking it for staycation, DON’t go! Room, amenities, location, nothing is worth it. The builder has a big area and he has 1 lane dedicated to stay, 10/12 rooms. Tiny rooms, highly overpriced, internal acs, tv not working, bad service, bad food options, bad taste (every meal) and I know what’s the real deal. No one at the checkin reception and we waited for 30 mins there too. We rushed out first thing in the morning. Go to westin or taj in the same budget. MMT needs to check this property as it’s residential area and not a resort. For the first time in my life, mmt I want my amount back

The experience was good, hotel staff is good and very helpful. The property has lot of green space and activities for everyone in family.

Stay was good and comfortable. But the food could have been better. Room was very comfortable, service is quite slow

Food was very expensive and not worth the money spent. No major activities for kids and adults. Small sized rooms.

My experience at this property was very good. All the staff are very helpful and make sure to take care of senior citizens! Ranjeeta and Balvinder specially made sure that the senior citizens travelling with me were comfortable and the staff even arranged medicine for my father. I would definitely recommend this place to all the families looking for a getaway!

Overall ambience was goodd , the food qulaity is awesome in the restaurant ..Lot of activivieties available for the kids thw rooma were quite calm amd airy ..Karma club is the place must visit for all

The property is excellent, lot of greenery. Staff is very cooperative & food is amazing. I would suggest to stay at least once if you want to stay near to nature with excellent amenities

Location is good but stay was quiet boring. No activity in weekend even. It is a pet friendly property therefore most of the guests stay with pets. So if you have pet then this property is good otherwise boring.

I wanted to celebrate our doggo’s birthday at a property where he can be his mischievous self. Karma made him feel right at home- he went for a long trek, ate more than his belly could take and slept like a baby. Lovely experience. Will visit again. :)

It was an amazing experience. I really liked and enjoyed the property.. both indoors and outdoors. The best part was their hospitality service. We had a 7 months old baby with us, and we got all the necessary things needed irrespective of the time. Thankyou karma chalets, see you again :)

har choti s choti chej k charges liye ja rahe h .. for ex- Anniversary cake, cart n etc etc.. room service us very poor😡
