We recently stayed at Fortune Park hotel, which is conveniently located on NH8. We had booked two rooms – the double bed room was comfortable, while the AC in the other room was not functioning properly. The hotel promptly sent a mechanic, but the issue couldn’t be resolved, and we were offered a twin-bedded room as an alternative.
The entrance corridor had a slight foul smell, and there was ongoing construction at the adjacent swimming pool, which was a minor inconvenience.
On the positive side, the staff were very cooperative and attentive. Both the dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
Despite the minor drawbacks, our experience was largely positive, and we would rate the stay 4 out of 5.
