soloI paid the full bookinh amount for the room as demanded on make my trip. on reaching 1st they refused the booking and later on showing the booking and details they refused to give me the room if I dint pay them 500 upfront, more on the booking amount as they said "we Don give room below 1000rs" and then being late I did give them. I told them would compliant, he said 'do whatever I don't care or am not scared, this is our rate". if it was that, makemytrip should not have given us the confirmed booking or told us to aly the left balance amount at the hotel.

I was demanded extra amount even if I paid full payment. The place and room was not the same as shown in the display image. The bed sheet and bed was extremely bad and smelling bad. I vacanted the room on the same day and stayed in different hotel. My 5 days booking was waste and no refund provided. It's extremely disappointing and I felt cheated.
