Awsome stay check-in and check-out were just in a couple of minutes service was excllent, awsome food everything was there from slippers to sewing kit in toiletries two types of tooth paste was there ignore negative reviews because stay was actually worth it. Just one advice Hi-tea should be there in the evening for all guest.

“Fortune Orange: Excellent Service and Food, Worth the Stop”

I would recommend staying at Fortune Orange. The location is perfect, right on the Gurgaon–Manesar highway. The restaurant serves excellent food with multiple options and a live counter. Though it can get a bit crowded, it’s still manageable. The staff is very polite and always ready to help.

Not worth four star

The hotel is not maintained properly. The bathroom are in terrible condition, no proper drainage and no water pressure. Room changed was not allowed as hotel was sold out. Maintaince was promised but not delivered. Sofa had a huge stain which was changed. It took 1 hour to get towels when requested. Food is average. Staff is only trying to get out of a situation instead of resolving guest queries.

It was a good stay, but not as good as last time. 2 years ago it was an awesome stay, that's why I opted for the same property again. But this time the room was not that clean and the food taste is also okok as compared to June 2023. But still there are many good things - Smiling staff, quick response to whatever you need, always there for anything and everything, most of all GOOD SAFETY- being a female my major concern is security and both the times I stayed there alone with my kid without any problem!

They are spoiling the name of ITC group..my room no was 308..the bathroom tap was not working..the door was lagging..the water pressure in the flush was very low..the lift was also getting stopped many times..the light was also going off again and again..the condition of the pool side was even worse..the rain shower place was like some bad hotel..the pool is also very small..dinner and breakfast were fine but there was mismanagement..had to ask for the bowl again and again..as soon as the light went off all the cooking tops would get stopped working.. overall it was a very useless experience..
