I booked club room, they gave me deluxe room at first. I saw the size and asked them that it's not a club room, then also they said, no it's a club room only. Post that when i said i visited earlier too, they dodged it by saying renewation is going on, that's why they got confused, then due to shortage of club room they gave 1 club room(which was good) and other 2 rooms they upgraded to villa, where so much mosquitos and spiders were there. Property was fine but service was poor and it was not maintained.

For the most part it was acceptable as the staff was prompt. However there were certain issues we faced. Firstly, the bedsheets were stained when we arrived. Secondly, when we ordered a soup and salad for dinner, the soup was just one tiny bowl barely enough for one person and the salad was filled with onions and barely any feta cheese. The grilled chicken and the kathi roll were good. The kung pao chicken was very salty.

The check-in was smooth, and the service was good. Gave an upgrade and complimentary cake. The food was elaborate but not tasty. Hotel is starting to age and the upkeeping and repairs are not upto the mark. Shower tap was broken. flooring was broken.

We recently stayed at Fortune Park hotel, which is conveniently located on NH8. We had booked two rooms – the double bed room was comfortable, while the AC in the other room was not functioning properly. The hotel promptly sent a mechanic, but the issue couldn’t be resolved, and we were offered a twin-bedded room as an alternative. The entrance corridor had a slight foul smell, and there was ongoing construction at the adjacent swimming pool, which was a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, the staff were very cooperative and attentive. Both the dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, contributing to a pleasant stay overall. Despite the minor drawbacks, our experience was largely positive, and we would rate the stay 4 out of 5.

Awsome stay check-in and check-out were just in a couple of minutes service was excllent, awsome food everything was there from slippers to sewing kit in toiletries two types of tooth paste was there ignore negative reviews because stay was actually worth it. “Fortune Orange: Excellent Service and Food, Worth the Stop”

I would recommend staying at Fortune Orange. The location is perfect, right on the Gurgaon–Manesar highway. The restaurant serves excellent food with multiple options and a live counter. Though it can get a bit crowded, it’s still manageable. The staff is very polite and always ready to help.

Not worth four star

The hotel is not maintained properly. The bathroom are in terrible condition, no proper drainage and no water pressure. Room changed was not allowed as hotel was sold out. Maintaince was promised but not delivered. Sofa had a huge stain which was changed. It took 1 hour to get towels when requested. Food is average. Staff is only trying to get out of a situation instead of resolving guest queries.
