Terrible Stay
Day 1 Waiter was singing vulgar songs in the dinning area in front of guest Day 2 1. I submitted my keys to clean my room but when I came back from my business meeting , my room was as I left in morning , when I asked the reception I got the reply that they forgot and after that they just done the room cleaning at 8 pm for formalities 2. I order gulab jamun with ice cream at 9:45 and it’s 11:10 no one even came with my order and no one is bothered about my order , I believe they must have forgot this also

Terrible Stay
I didn’t enjoy my stay in country inn as the staff was not supportive . The Air conditioner was not working . The light fluctuation was there and the currey was cut again and again

Excellent Stay
As we were moving to new city from Nagpur, it was a relaxing time in country inn sec 51. Room was fab neat and clean .courteous staff .

Not for corporate travellers
Have stayed from 24-04-25 to 26-04-25, the rooms were clean and hygiene. 1. No hot water in washrooms. 2. Staff are not trained well. 3. Microwaved breakfast being provided, and very limited choice available. 4. Dining area full of houseflies. 5. On 26-04-25 morning had no water in the hotel and it took almost 1 hours 30 minutes for it to be fixed. 6. Don't recommend for any corporate travellers.

Great and verage stay
businessTitanium residency offers both great and average stay. I will list down both the pros and cons. Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. good set up for office work. Access to conference room also available. Washrooms are amazing. Cons: Wifi speed is bit bad. Breakfast buffet is exact same everyday, expected a bit more variation. But taste wise not bad. The major throw off was in the highlights it was mentioned that they offer free laundry for 2 items daily - not done. Gym and Office terrace was advertised - it's not there. Complimentary high-tea was offered and it was not given.

Value for money hotel
Everything was great. Food is of best quality. Room is spacious. To my surprise amenities they are providing are of 5 star hotel.

Best 4 star hotel in gurugram
This is good to u know everyone that titunium residency is excellent service and great interior with amenity in hotel room. New property, not geared up to accommodate customers, 1. Leaking geyser 2. Poor housekeeping 3. Food served was not fresh - 1st day.
